Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website compubotics.tech and to Computer Robotics - ERP (the "ERP"), provided by CompuBotics LLC, trading as Computer Robotics, 46 Abdel Razek El Sanhouory Street, Makram Ebeid, 6th District, Nasr City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt ("Computer Robotics", "we", "us"). By using either one you agree to these terms. Where a customer has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins over these terms where the two differ.

Using the ERP

• The ERP is provided to a business under a subscription or licence agreed with us.
• The business is responsible for who it gives accounts to, for the roles it grants them, and for keeping passwords private. Everything done from an account counts as done by that business.
• Do not use the ERP to break the law, to store material you have no right to store, or to try to reach another customer's data, get around access controls, or overload the service.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell the business why.

Your data

The data a business puts into the ERP belongs to that business. We use it only to provide, support and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When the business stops using the ERP, we return or delete its data on request.

Accuracy of figures

The ERP calculates totals, taxes and reports from the data entered into it. The business remains responsible for its own accounts, tax filings and decisions, and for checking that what it enters is correct.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the ERP available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We improve the ERP over time and may change or retire features. We will give notice before removing anything a customer depends on.

Our software

The ERP, the website and their design and code belong to Computer Robotics. A subscription gives the right to use the ERP, not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

Limits of liability

The ERP and the website are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us for the ERP in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the service

A business may stop using the ERP as set out in its subscription. We may end the service for a business that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Either way, the business can ask for its data back before it is deleted.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes go to the courts of Cairo.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell ERP customers before significant changes take effect.
